Great burger (prepared as requested-medium rare and juicy), yummy handmade chips. Beer was cold. On a separate visit, entre salad was fresh and delicious.
Still working on the interior it appears. Had the sirloin which was fantastic . The person I was with had nachos which were quite goodbye the chips need an upgrade.
Well, NOTHING now lady, we walked right back out. There were a total of two other people in the bar playing pool, and we were going to eat drink and be merry. No problem though, we went down to the 120 and spent a great deal of cash on the finest steaks in town. We travel here to hunt, so, bar owner TAKE NOTE: She will run more of us off with that attitude.
Had to ask for a knife for my steak one other person had to ask for a fork so she could eat salad ... The smallest thinest ribeye ive ever ate in my life ... And dont order the shrimp dinner cause you'll get pop corn shrimp not butterfly shrimp like the rest of the free world overall the only thing that saved the night was the good company of the people at the table
Upon first appearance I wonder how they are approved to be in business from the health department when it looks like they just knocked down a wall into the neighboring building. Bathroom is sub par but for a bar I suppose it works. Pretty sure the bartender forgot we existed since we had to wait about 15 mins just to look at a menu after I went up to the bar and asked. I asked her how large the burger patties were and she had no idea. In the end the burger I had (ragin Cajun) was very good! Not over cooked, juicy and all around delicious. The fries were average.
Had to give it one star to post this, but would not if I didn't have to. Walked in after a day of hunting, spoke nicely to the bartender and got a frosty response. This was just a very very rude woman, The only thing she said, while looking at the door, and like she had better things to do than take our money was "what do you want?"
