This hotel will rate much higher when they get rid of the bad smell in the hallways. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay! The pool and hot tub are excellent and very clean. Breakfast is average for this chain. The staff are excellent!
Nice hotel with clean comfortable rooms and super friendly staff. Nothing fancy, but well maintained and clean. I come to Chadron for business and have stayed here for a full week multiple times and have never had any problems.
I stayed in the 400 wing which has recently been refurbished. They did a fantastic job! I have stayed in older properties that has been 'refurbished' or 'newly decorated', but they still felt like old hotels. I did not get that feeling here. It genuinely felt like a new room. I had a king suite which was very comfortable. It appears there are some rooms available with balconies overlooking a central courtyard or outward from the building.
Very nice hotel with great amenities! The breakfast buffet was huge and had alot to offer. This hotel has a great, friendly and welcoming staff that makes you feel at home. It's obviously not the newest hotel in town, but far surpassing the others with quality of service!
The bed was comfortable and there was a good variety on cable TV.
Hotel was nice and well maintained. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room had TV, microwave and bar-sized fridge. Shower had good pressure. Breakfast had good variety of choices. Staff was very pleasant. Would stay there again.
Breakfast had the greatest variety I have seen and would put it up against any Holiday Inn Express, Hampton or Marriott property. The attendant/cook took great pride in her work and it showed. 10 stars for breakfast. I would give it 11 but I couldn't find the oatmeal!
