People are rude . don't buy subwoofers there. Their a rip off
The people at Radio Shack in Chadron are always super helpful and friendly. Even though it often takes a lot of their time to help me with cell phone issues or whatever, they've always been great. Frankly, I don't know what the negative comments are talking about.
Terrible customer service for durable medical products - especially for a small town local pharmacy. The process for insurance and what is due and when is not explained. When you call to their customer service (so they call it) - you are treated like a junkie who is running from paying your bills. Do not recommend.
Been a customer basically my whole life and when it comes to your insurance not covering something, they don't inform you and expect you to pay the huge bill out-of-pocket. Will deny you vital meds if you owe them money. Not getting my meds there anymore and I wouldn't recommend that anyone else does either.
