I simply wanted an extension for my chimney or to order a longer chimney for my house. The lady at the front desk didn't know if they could do it and no one was there to tell me. I asked if I could leave the old chimney, have someone look at it, and get back to me. She said I could but she didn't know when it would be. Maybe that day or maybe a month. I asked if there was someone else in town to do it because we couldn't run the furnace until it was installed an it was getting cold. She said she didn't know. I told her I would leave the chimney but be actively looking for someone else in town. She was fine with that. I did find someone else. When I went back to get the chimney she wouldn't even acknowledge I was there. Later I found out she is the owner's wife. I will NEVER go back.
Had my furnace and central air installed in October it hadn't rained so a couple weeks ago it rained the pipes coming out of the roof water drips down in my furnace so I have a dish on top to catch the water. Called to talk to Scott two weeks ago still hasn't called me back. I guess that's how they operate install get your money and that's it!!!!!!
