Asked about the shape of the truck I wanted, specifically if there was any rust. Was told it was in great condition with a little rust spot. Drove two hours to find out the paint on the bed didnt even match the original color and that the truck was completely rusted out underneath and the body.Took me forty seconds to see the truck was a heap of junk. Very dishonest dealership
Shady business! Drove 2 hours to make a deal on a car only to find out that it had an oil leak. After talking to our mechanic and another mechanic, they quoted approximately $1000 to fix the things wrong. Eagle Chevrolet said they would give $350 total for the leak AND other electronic problems. If you can't see there's an oil leak and fix it before putting it on your lot, then what else are you hiding/ lying about? Eagle Chevrolet is the epitome of shady dealer and dishonest salesmen.
My brother bought a truck in May 2017. Engine went out and it is now June 2017. He called the dealership as he has only had it for 1 month and they were not willing to do anything about it. In lack of better words they pretty much said "tough luck". Stay clear! No reason to make a big purchase from a dealership that can't back their vehicles!
