Noon, July 30, 2017. Unorganized staff who were rude to each other, filthy kitchen area. Staff handling food without gloves on. Dirty eating area. Took 10 mins to get our food. Stale bun on the fish. Won't stop here again.
I'm glad we are just passing through town because I would never eat here again. The cashier, Khory, was an absolute jerk and that's the first time I have felt the need to use that word in a review. Not only was she rude but she put a lot of drama into acting rude. Khory rolled her eyes and her head, she huffed and puffed and nearly threw an adult size fit right there at the register. We would never return to this McDonald's if it meant dealing with her attitude.
employees change often, the older help with some shouldn't still work there for working with public you have save the attuide behind closed doors. I will say it was very nice to be in there before here singing from the employees. was great
Getting better with orders from drive thru. Wish they could be better with service times and quality control.
The food was normal fare for McDonald's, nothing exceptional or bad to review on the food. The restaurant was clean. And the manager was currently doing an interview so hopefully the customer service will improve soon.
Fast, friendly service, reasonably clean. However. I ordered the fish burger. I have always loved McD's fish burger better than any other fish burger anywhere - hands down. Tonight I opened the box to see a square little fishstick with the thickness of cardboard and the taste that reminded me of the dry freezer fish sticks I had as a child. I do not typically write reviews, esp negative ones but I am heartbroken that something I considered one of my favorite treats for years no longer exists. I am hoping McDonald's will bring back their winning, juicy, flaky fish burger asap.
